Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After return authorization, you have 14 days for sending the product back (30 days for International orders). If any of these deadlines are missed, the company reserves the right to decline the refund.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with all protective films intact.

Condition-Based Refunds:

  • Full Refund: Available if the item is returned in the same condition as received, with all protective films intact and all original packaging and accessories included.

  • Minor Issues: If the protective films have been removed, a minor accessory or any tags are missing, a $15 fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • 75% Refund: If the product shows significant signs of wear and tear, is missing or has damaged original packaging that makes the product unsellable.

  • 50% Refund: If the product is in poor condition, shows heavy signs of use, or is missing important components.

  • No Refund: If the returned product is in exceptionally bad condition or is missing essential components such as the dog collar.


To start a return, you need to contact us at support@pawious.com within 30 days of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Important: If you do not send us the tracking number before the delivery of the parcel, the parcel may not be accepted by our warehouse and could be lost, and no refund will be issued. Refunds are made only through the same payment method used for the initial payment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, pills or other supplements), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Returning a Tub of Treats and Supplements
You can return an unopened tub of treats, if the tub's seal remains intact, we'll process a full product refund. Once opened, used or if the tamper evident seal has been broken, it is deemed that you have accepted the goods as defined by Trading Standards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
