Shipping policy

At Pawious, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Our shipping process is tailored to your location and stock availability, using trusted carriers for reliable service. Below are the details:

  1. Shipping within the US and Canada
    We ship most of orders the same or next business day. Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking ID, which is typically available within 0-3 business days. We utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx for deliveries.

  2. Shipping from Our New Jersey Warehouse (US Orders)
    For orders shipped directly from our New Jersey warehouse, we process and ship the next business day. Delivery typically occurs within 2-8 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the shipping service you choose at checkout. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.

  3. International Shipping or Out-of-Stock Items
    For international orders, or if our New Jersey warehouse or Amazon lacks stock, your order may be shipped from our overseas warehouse. Shipping times for these orders are generally 9-12 days. We partner with international shipping operators to ensure reliable delivery and will provide tracking details as soon as they become available.


Shipping Estimates and Carrier Delays

At Pawious Inc, we process and dispatch orders the same or next business day to ensure your package enters the carrier network as quickly as possible. When you select Expedited or Priority shipping, we purchase the corresponding premium shipping service from our carriers (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) to match your request.

Please note that all delivery windows provided — including Priority — are estimates provided by the carrier and are not formal guarantees. Once a package is in the possession of the carrier, transit times are beyond our control. As we fulfill our obligation by purchasing the specific shipping speed requested, we are unable to offer refunds for shipping costs due to carrier-side delays or service interruptions.

 

Missing or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier confirms that a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout (via tracking status, GPS data, or photo confirmation), our contractual obligation is considered fulfilled. Pawious is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen from private property after a confirmed delivery has been made.

In the unfortunate event that your package is missing despite a "Delivered" status, we recommend the following:

1) Verify the delivery location: Check with neighbors, building managers, or around all entry points of your property.

2) Contact the Carrier: Reach out to the local office of the carrier used (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to verify the exact drop-off coordinates.

3) File a Police Report: If you suspect your package was stolen (porch piracy), we strongly advise filing a report with your local authorities.
